    Bobby O'Neil State Farm has the nicest office staff. They are warm and welcoming. Everyone is extremely friendly a knowledgeable. It it truly a pleasure to meet with them.

    Please ignore the fake reviews posted by students. I'm an 8th grader here at Ransom and I love it. The Band Directors are great, the teachers are, for the most part, really nice. The only time any teachers here are "mean" is when a student is misbehaving. Overall, great school. The majority of the students posting these reviews are kids who think it's hilarious to denounce the school publicly. (Even though their names are posted and can be seen by the administrators.)

    SLUM LORDS. Heed the warnings. Don't do it. When my toilet was leaking (needed a new flush-valve mechanism) they told me it was my responsibility to fix it. When I explained to them that doing free plumbing for them wasn't in my lease, they tried to VERBALLY AMEND THE LEASE OVER THE PHONE. Completely insane :)) Never seen anything like it. The back door was broken upon us moving in, and though we asked them to fix it at every 6 month inspection, after 4 years, they never did. When we moved into the house, there was a 5 gallon bucket of motor oil on the side of the house. I called them to tell them that their cleaning crew forgot to take it away, and they informed me that discarding it was my responsibility. You read that right: the last tenants left a full, 5 gallon bucket of dirty motor oil at the house, and Southern Homes Realty told me I had to get rid of it. I could go on, and on, and on. If you rent from them, you will regret it.
